Marinated tenderloin steak with onions, peppers and mushrooms, Grilled and served with rice pilaf.

Tumeric sented rice and slow simmered chicken, 
with red peppers and peas, layered with mozzarella 
and parmesan cheeses, then baked until bubbly.
 
Grilled Stuffed Pork Loin                               
Pork Loin stuffed with dried apples and spices, 
with an apple glaze. Served with roasted root vegetables.
 
Grilled Brined Chicken                                   
Brined whole chicken, rubbed with spices, then slowly grilled.  
Served with grilled seasonal vegetables.
 
Beef Tips Stroganoff                                                  
Tender beef tips, mushroom trio, creamy wine sauce 
and noodles, baked until bubbly.  Served with House Salad.
 
House Made Spaghetti and Meatballs                      
Hand rolled meatballs with fresh
tomato sauce, served on a bed of spaghetti.
 
Jamaican Chicken Curry                                          
Free Range Chicken breats and thighs seasoned with 
Jamaican curry, tomatoes, celery, onions and spices.
Served over Basmati rice.
